Gait Nairn
With over three years at Deloitte Consulting in Strategy & Transactions, Gait has advised private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies through complex M&A transactions. He has led commercial and operational diligence across technology, life sciences, cybersecurity, and education — sizing multi-billion dollar markets, running executive interview programs, and identifying tens of millions in value creation opportunity.
Today Gait leads strategy and transformation at a PE-backed portfolio company, where he sources and executes acquisitions and deploys AI-driven initiatives to improve operational performance.
Gait holds a B.A. in Economics with Honors from Claremont McKenna College and has passed the CFA Level 1 exam.
