Gait Nairn
With over four years of experience in M&A, investments, and corporate strategy, Gait has advised dozens of companies through their toughest challenges. He specializes in commercial and operational due diligence driving investment decisions, product strategy, and growth, as well as AI and digital transformation — identifying tens of millions in value creation opportunities for businesses of all sizes.
Today Gait leads strategy and transformation at a PE-backed portfolio company, where he sources and executes acquisitions and deploys AI-driven initiatives to improve operational performance. He is also an investment associate for a NYC-based family office, conducting diligence for early-stage venture capital investments.
Gait holds a B.A. in Economics with Honors from Claremont McKenna College and has passed the CFA Level 1.
